For those artists who have tirelessly worked for the Arts but have been denied recognition falling on hard times; in appreciation of their talents a musical fiesta will be organized where the Sri Lankan public can enjoy. Charity means delighting other beings whether humans or animals. It is the law of nature that when you make others happy your inner self will be happy. When a person spends his hard earned money on those who are need, he has a sense of self-satisfaction. Many Sri Lankan actors/actresses are popular for their generosity and benevolence. Some do it openly and many prefer to hide it.
Two “Gee Miyesi” programs were initiated and the with Doctor Victor Ratnayake and Visharadha Jagath Wickramasinghe, Sanath Nandasiri, Malkanthi Nandasiri. Awards were given to Latha Valpola, Sujatha Aththanayake, Enjaline Gunathilake, Rev. Pallegama hemarathna, Rev. Rabukana Sidhdhartha, Sunil Ariyarathne and Ajantha Ranasinghe

Second Gee Miyasiya

The Gee Miyusiya stage 2 was successfully  launched at BMICH with the support of all the stake holders. The main announcer of the entertainment was Mr. Wasantha Rohana. The event was inaugurated with a song by professor Sanath Nandhasiri (Department Head Art Faculty) and Mrs. Malkanthi Nandasiri well known Sri Lankan classical musicians. A valuable speech was given by Samanchndra Rathnasinghe (Professor at Sri Jayawardenapura University). At the even the most significant item was award distribution. The awards were given to Rev. Pallegama Hemarathne, Rev. Rambukkana Sidhdhartha, Sunil Ariyarathne, Ajantha Ranasinghe, Karunarathne Abeysekara, W.A. Abeysinghe, Rathna Sri Wickranasinghe, Sinil Sanath Perera, Dhammika Bandara, K.D.K Dharmawardhana, Kumaradhasa Saputhanthiri and Hareen Abeysundara.

Third Gee Miyasiya

In the third Gee Miyasiya program the first song was enlightened by Dr. Victor Ratnayake a popular Sri Lankan musician fallowed by the Visharadha Jagath Wickramasinghe, Shashika Nisansala, T.M. Jayarathne , Nirosha Wirajani and Visharadha Sunil Edhirisinghe well known reputed names in the Sri Lankan Entertainment industry. The contributory songs were sung by Latha Walpola, Sujatha Aththanayake and Anjaline Gunathilaka and they all were awarded for their valuable contribution to enlighten the event.

Shoe Donation

Best Life International always looking for new ways to give back to the Community. We together with Lions Club conducted a Shoe Donation Driven campaign on 26th of November 2018, donating 100   pair of shoes for students at S. Mahinda School – Alublmulla, Panadura. At the program launching day Mr. Lakshman jayathilake the Principle of S. Mahinda School addressed the audience expressing gratitude towards the community services we conduct to enhance the living standards of the society.
